Edgaras: Victor, could you start by telling us a bit about Evozon?
Victor: Evozon is a Romanian technology company with strong expertise in software development and Microsoft business solutions. The company was founded in Cluj-Napoca and has grown into a large team working across multiple technologies. Even though we work on many different solutions, we share a strong culture – you could say it still feels like a family. We collaborate closely and always focus on delivering value to our clients.
Edgaras: Talking about clients… You’ve implemented Bankfeed for many of them. What made you start recommending Bankfeed?
Victor: The main goal was to reduce manual work, save time, and make payment processing more accurate and efficient. When companies manage bank transactions manually, accountants spend a lot of time importing statements, reconciling transactions, and processing payments. With Bankfeed integrated into Business Central, many of these repetitive tasks can be automated. That’s why it quickly became clear that Bankfeed solves a real business need for our clients.
Edgaras: When you first started implementing Bankfeed for clients, how was the process? Was it difficult?
Victor: At the very beginning, there was a small learning curve, but now the implementation is very straightforward. Today, we usually run Bankfeed for a client within just a few hours. Once the system is configured, it starts delivering value immediately.
Edgaras: Which Bankfeed features do you and your clients value the most?
Victor: Payment recognition and reconciliation are the most important features. The text-to-account matching functionality is extremely helpful because it automatically and accurately reconciles payments. On top of that, the AI engine works like the “cherry on the cake,” improving recognition accuracy even further.
From the client perspective, the goal is simple: if the system recognizes and reconciles payments automatically, they don’t need to do manual work.
