Some users have expressed difficulties in identifying which journal lines have already been checked, especially when the review process takes longer. To address this issue, we have introduced a new field “Checked” in the journal lines. You can add this field through personalization mode.

To mark or unmark the lines, select the lines and click Line > Checked (Unchecked).

In some countries, it is required that all transactions in one bank statement share the same Document Number. To address this, we have developed a new function called “Change Document No.”

To change the Document No. in the journal, please follow these steps:

• Filter the lines you want to modify or leave them unfiltered if you wish to change all the lines
• Click on Lines > Change Document No

This will allow you to update the Document Numbers as needed.

To reduce manual work for our Bankfeed users, we have implemented a new function called “Split Lines”. This feature allows journal lines to be automatically split based on the application.

For example, if the applied amount is less than the payment amount, the residual amount can be separated into a new line, such as charges.

One line is divided into two parts: the customer payment (the applied amount) and the bank charges amount.

It can also be separated into two customer lines or different types of accounts.
