Edgaras: Andrei, could you start by telling us a little about Arggo?

Andrei: As a trusted implementation partner specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Arggo is dedicated to helping companies streamline their financial processes and embrace digital transformation. Edgaras: What motivated you to look for a solution that automates the payment management process?

Andrei: To start with a joke, which is also a bit true, Edgaras motivated us! Our primary motivation was to significantly reduce the time and effort spent on manual reconciliation processes, which had become increasingly inefficient as transaction volumes grew. Relying on manual input not only consumes valuable resources but also introduces a higher risk of human error, particularly in complex or high-volume scenarios.

Edgaras: Why did you choose to work with Bankfeed?

Andrei: Bankfeed is an extension for Dynamics 365 Business Central, so this allowed us to implement the solution quickly without disrupting our established workflows. Another key factor was its intuitive interface, which allows users to adopt the platform easily without extensive training. Moreover, Bankfeed provides automation capabilities that streamline financial operations while maintaining simplicity for end users. This balance between functionality and usability made it a natural fit for us. Last but not least, we chose to work with Bankfeed also thanks to you, Edgaras, because you were persistent and provided clear answers to all our questions, including those that may have seemed simple, but were necessary in a collaboration such as ours.

Edgaras: Which Bankfeed features do you find the most valuable?

Andrei: There are several features that have made a real difference in our daily operations. The automatic bank statement import has eliminated the need for manual data entry, saving significant time and reducing errors.
The smart payment matching functionality is another standout. It speeds up the reconciliation process by accurately linking transactions, even in more complex cases. Additionally, having all transactions from multiple banks consolidated into one centralized view provides a comprehensive overview of financial activity.
This centralized visibility enhances financial control, transparency, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

Edgaras: What are your plans for the future regarding our partnership?

Andrei: Looking ahead, we intend to further expand the use of Bankfeed across our client portfolio, helping more organizations transition from manual to automated financial processes. More and more companies are looking to modernize their financial processes, and we want to support them in making that transition smoothly. We see strong potential in supporting companies in modernizing their financial operations by promoting efficiency, accuracy, and real-time financial insights.
